Aim

We need to raise funds to grow our service, keep it free-to-use and recruit more e-mentors to reach our target of 1,000 e-mentors.

Since 2020, Graduate Mentor CIC has helped over 7,000 University graduates who have,

• faced barriers through no fault of their own,
• experienced mental health issues,
• had low confidence,
• been rejected by employers or,
• had limited access to professional networks. 

We are a social enterprise supported by 300 e-mentors kindly volunteering to help these graduates. We have seen many successful outcomes enabling these graduates to enter the workforce and realise their true potential and ambitions.

Demand is higher than ever with a stagnant economy, record application numbers, war and energy shocks making it extremely hard for graduates to get on the career ladder. 

We need to raise funds to grow our service, keep it free-to-use and recruit more e-mentors to reach our target of 1,000 e-mentors. We need to invest in our website, staff, social media, PR, advertising and marketing to make this happen...and you can make a difference right now!
