More than coffee: ethical local food, barista training, and a community space in nature.
This project comes from a lived-in place. I’ve spent years working on the ground, often in tough, high-pressure situations, alongside people who care deeply about the world around them. That experience shaped how I see things: get stuck in, work hard, and build something that actually matters.
Goshawk Coffee isn’t a polished corporate idea—it’s a practical, well-thought-out project built on those values. It’s about good coffee, done properly, in a setting that speaks for itself. No shortcuts, no unnecessary fluff—just a solid offer, delivered consistently, with care.
The team around me brings a similar mindset. We’re hands-on, adaptable, and used to figuring things out as we go. We’ve worked in environments where you rely on each other, and that carries through into how we’re building this—collaborative, grounded, and focused on making it work.
Alongside the coffee trailer, there’s a wider creative vision taking shape. We’re developing a theatre project rooted in real experiences and our connection to the natural world. It won’t be abstract or hard to access—it’s about telling honest stories in a way that people can relate to. Over time, we’d like this to connect back into the space we’re creating, through small events, conversations, and shared experiences.
At its core, Goshawk Coffee is about creating something real: a place people can rely on, return to, and feel part of. We care about where things come from, who we work with, and the impact we have—but we’re not here to preach. We just want to do things properly and build something that lasts.
