GMB dispute at Royal Pavilion & Museums Trust

Aim

GMB union members are on strike to protect their terms and conditions of employment.

GMB members are taking strike action as their employer (RPMT) is trying to pressure them to sign new contracts, with inferior terms and conditions.

Even before any changes are enacted, these members have set up a food bank so the lower paid among them can eat and afford their bills.

All contributions will be paid to members taking strike action and any remaining monies will be donated to this food bank.

Taking strike action is a last resort and a cry for help.  Please consider donating to these members, to ensure this Brighton landmark and its collections are protected properly by these passionate, knowledgeable staff, who are properly remunerated and taken care of.
