We’ve outgrown our tiny kitchen — now we need your help to build the first real home for Gluten Freedom Bageri 🤎
Gluten Freedom Bageri was never just about bread — it was about starting again.
I was a chef struggling with burnout when baking first became my way to breathe again. Then came my coeliac diagnosis, and overnight everything I loved to make disappeared. Instead of giving up, I started learning to bake gluten-free from scratch — experimenting, failing, trying again — until I found the joy I thought I’d lost.
That joy became our first loaf.
That loaf became a stall.
And that stall became a community.
Paula has been beside me from day one — believing in this dream even before I did. Together, we’ve built Gluten Freedom from our tiny home kitchen into something we’re proud of: a place where coeliacs, GF food lovers, and weekend regulars feel safe, cared for, and excited to eat again.
Over the past year, our community has grown faster than we ever imagined. Your messages, smiles, and support at markets are the reason we wake up at 4am and keep going. You’ve helped us turn a hard moment in life into something beautiful.
Now, we’ve reached the next chapter.
We’ve completely outgrown our borrowed kitchen space and must move by January 1st.
But more importantly — we’re ready to build the first real home of Gluten Freedom Bageri.
