Givety wants to make sure that every donation made via their platform makes the most difference, by enabling the donor to give to the most effective charities. Givety independently ranks charities in their respective causes, showing the top charities in each section of the industry.
Recently there has been enough discourse in the media with regards to charities wrongdoings, coverups and furthermore, how they use funds. Givety helps donors navigate through this by independently ranking charities using specific data points to create reactive performance indicators that actively change based upon activities by the charities. The donor can relax and have piece of mind that they are giving to the most effective charities.
The founder, Jon Neale, came up with the idea whilst personally donating to charity and working within a charity call centre. Knowing which charity was most trusted and most effective was one of the most common worries for donors. Subsequently, Jon designed “Givety” an inclusive system to help donors make donations as well as informed decisions from one place.
