Give Russians real news about Ukraine using ads

Thank you again for your generous support.

After 2 weeks we've now shown more than 27,000,000 ads. All of them help people in Russia find out what's really happening in Ukraine.

We can be sure that Vladimir Putin is scared of the truth because he's putting so much effort into banning news from the outside world. He's trying to censor everything.

The word 'war' is banned. So is 'invasion'. On TV Putins' supporters even told a military veteran that it's unacceptable for them to hold a minute's silence for the solders who have died in Ukraine.

So I'm pleased to tell you that we are beating Putin's rules. We keep getting banned - but we keep on finding ways around his censors.

So far over 64,000 people have clicked on our ads, to find out more. Some of our ads contain mini-films about the war in Ukraine - and people overwhelmingly watch them to the end.

Despite Putin's bans our ads get out. We do this with an incredible set of volunteers - over 30 people. Their skill range from videographers, designers, ad technology experts, Russian speakers, organisers and experts from the region as well as Ukrainian marketers. I'm incredibly grateful to our volunteers who put so much time and dedication into our campaign.
