Entrants must be over 18 years of age. 

The prize draw is not open to the Promoter’s employees, families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the draw.

The Promoter is Concern Worldwide (UK) registered charity number 1092236 (England & Wales) and SCO43677 (SCO38107). 

Entries will be accepted between 29 April 2024 10:00am GMT and closing date of 21 June 2024 10:00am GMT (please note, we may extend the project and change the close date at any time).

Entrants may enter as many times as they like. 

Each entry costs £5.

To enter, click ‘Enter prize draw’ within Crowdfunder and select the number of prize draw tickets you wish to purchase. 

This prize draw is for one copy of a limited-edition vinyl recording of Give Peace a Chance / Remember Love by John Lennon and Yoko Ono with machine printed signature from Yoko Ono Lennon. 

There is only one copy of this limited-edition vinyl available to be won as part of this prize draw. 

To enter the draw for free (without donating), please send your name, address, email address and contact telephone number to: Concern Worldwide (UK) Vinyl Prize Draw, Supporter Care, Concern Worldwide, 47 Frederick Street, Belfast, BT1 2LW. Entries must be sent on a postcard or within an envelope. In the case of multiple entries received in a single envelope or postcard, only the one entry (the first) will be entered into the promotion. Entries sent by post must be received by the closing date and time for receipt of entries. Postal entries without correct and sufficient postage paid will be invalid and will not be considered. Personal and hand deliveries will not be accepted.  

If you choose to participate, the Promoter – Concern Worldwide (UK) will receive your name, address, and entry details, in order to manage your participation in this prize draw. Concern Worldwide (UK) will use your information to process the entry into the prize draw, to enable a selection of a winner and for analysis purposes. Concern Worldwide (UK)’s Privacy Policy sets out how they collect, use and store your personal information.  

By entering this draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter only for the administration of this draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. 

The Promoter will keep the entrants' personal details for a reasonable time so that it can send any prize that an entrant has won to verify that these rules have been complied with and for accounting purposes.  

All entries to the prize draw will be entered into a random draw that is conducted seven days after the closing date as stated in the terms. 

The draw will be conducted by Concern Worldwide (UK) in the presence of two witnesses, using an online random number generator.   

Winners will be contacted by email after the closing date. 

The winner will be sent their prize within 30 days of the closing date of the prize draw.

All winners will be contacted by the Promoter after the draw to share the confirmed delivery date. The Promoter cannot arrange a specific delivery time on the delivery date. 

The winner will forgo their right to the prize if the delivery attempt is unable to be fulfilled by the distribution partner. 

The winning name will be displayed on the Concern Worldwide (UK) website to comply with UK prize draw rules.

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in Promoter’s sole opinion) or who, in Promoter’s sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, manipulating or rigging votes, hacking, deceiving, cheating or by harassing or threatening other entrants or a representative of Promoter. 

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction. 

Open to anyone (over the age of 18) worldwide. 

By entering into this draw, each entrant consents to these terms and conditions.
