Aim

Help us continue our work supporting young people and educator well-being by giving £2, £5 or £10 to raise £50K. . .

For 15 years, MiSP has trained thousands of educators, reaching hundreds of thousands of children with essential social and emotional learning.

We continue to receive feedback from many of you expressing how much you value our work and the support we provide, which we deeply appreciate. However, rising costs and shrinking budgets now threaten our ability to subsidize places —and our future as a charity.

We are seeking your support as a community to enable our vital work to continue and withstand the financial pressures facing education and charities. We know you look to us to innovate and offer flexible learning; therefore, we are developing a more affordable training model to ensure our legacy continues - even if the charity cannot.

Please know that every donation counts.

At the Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP), we believe every child deserves the tools to thrive – not just academically, but emotionally and mentally too. That’s why we’re on a mission to introduce mindfulness to children, educators, and carers everywhere.

We develop age-appropriate mindfulness curricula and train teachers and other adults working with young people, giving them practical tools to reduce stress, improve focus, and build emotional resilience – all while supporting a positive whole-school culture.

Through our global training programs – including courses like ‘.b’, ‘Paws b’, and ‘dots’ – we’ve empowered thousands of educators to bring mindfulness into classrooms in fun and meaningful ways. We also support them through our vibrant online Hub community, helping teachers stay connected, inspired, and supported.

MiSP plays a leading role in raising awareness of the power of mindfulness in education – from influencing policy to providing trusted insights to media and decision-makers. We're proud to be a go-to source for those seeking to understand the impact of mindfulness in young lives.

Our work is rooted in ongoing research, and everything we do is shaped by the real experiences of the educators, children, and young people we serve.

Together, we’re helping the next generation navigate life’s challenges with calm, compassion, and confidence.
