I think Trafalgar Square needs a giant pyramid, don't you?
First of all, the owner of Trafalgar Square (the King of England) would have to be persuaded. In order to best achieve this, I would make a petition calling for the support of parliament and use a small percentage of the funds raised to advertise this petition.
