Enjoy the chance to own a lovely printed miniature reproduction of the Bayeux Tapestry - and also help disabled children.
Win a beautifully detailed 10.8-metre printed reproduction of the Bayeux Tapestry, capturing the full story depicted in one of the world's most famous medieval embroideries. Folded together it measures 31.5cm x 11cm.
The Bayeux Tapestry tells the dramatic story of the events leading up to the Norman Conquest of England in 1066, culminating in the Battle of Hastings and William the Conqueror's victory over King Harold. Far more than a work of art, it is an extraordinary visual narrative and one of the most important historical sources for the period.

Whether you're a history enthusiast, a keen embroiderer, or simply looking for a unique piece to display, this faithful reproduction is a remarkable prize.

Proceeds from the prize draw will support Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) Abingdon Group, a charity that provides therapeutic horse riding and carriage driving for disabled children and adults. Through riding, participants develop confidence, independence, balance, coordination and communication skills, while enjoying the physical and emotional benefits of spending time with horses.
They cater to diverse disabilities, including cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, spina bifida, muscular dystrophy, and learning difficulties.

The charity relies almost entirely on volunteers and fundraising to continue its work. Every ticket purchased will help ensure that local disabled children and adults can continue to benefit from these life-enhancing opportunities, making a real difference to their wellbeing, confidence and quality of life.
Donate £2 for 1 entry, £5 for 2 entries, £10 for 3 entries and £20 for 4 entries. The more tickets, the greater your chance to win this prize. And, remember, it's all for a good cause.
Crowdfunder charges a card payment processing fee of 2.4% on the amount you raise, plus 20p and VAT on each pledge made.
Send in your postal entry to Isabel Holowaty, Bodleian Old Library, Broad Street, Oxford OX1 3BG.
