To raise funds to pay for the cast and creative team to travel to the fringe festival, their living costs & accommodation whilst there.

THE REVOLUTION WILL BE THEATRICALISED

The Queens of Sheba is a explosively energetic, hilariously funny and socially urgent play by Jessica Hagan exploring Misogynoir (A specific prejudice towards Black Women where both race and gender influence the bias) through the day-to-day experiences of a group of Black Women. Written in response to the events of DSTRKT night club in which four Black Women were turned away for  being “too dark and “too fat”.

Through creative use of language, music, movement and true stories this unique and captivating play had a sell out run at Camden People's Theatre (Starting Blocks) and has now won The New Diorama and Underbelly UNTAPPED award and will be performed at the Edinburgh Fringe 2-26th August 2018, Ironbelly, Cowgate. https://tickets.edfringe.com/whats-on/queens-of-sheba

Your pledge will help pay for:

-Accommodation

-Travel

-Living Costs

Don’t miss out on furthering this mission.

Many thanks,

The Queens of Sheba
