Get my son through his GCSEs

Aim

Please help me keep my son in his present school until he completes GCSEs. Ex-husband will not release money from house sale to pay for it.

 I moved from Sydney to UK two years ago with my youngest son who is now 15, having lived in Australia for 14 years.  My son is aspergic and when I got to Bristol I couldn't find a school he would thrive in and ended up with him at a private school, approved by his paediatrician.  He has excelled at this school. 

My ex-husband will not settle financially with me and will not release money from the house sale.  Instead he has made up stories of fraud and embezzlement about me and is trying to cause as much money to be given to lawyers as is possible, having told me he'd rather they had it than me.  My money is only used to support my children and myself.  My ex has no involvement with the children and pays for nothing and he won't release even the money for school fees despite my saying they would come out of my side of the money.  (There is $400,000 to divide which is about £200,000).

I have managed to pay two terms fees but have had to borrow the rest, against the prospect of financial settlement.  It is literally taking years and will not have finished before early 2017.

I have run out of people to borrow from and really don't want to have to remove my son in his second term of GCSEs to go to a different school.  I am happy to pay people back once I have settlement.

I can give more detail if anyone wants to know more of the 'story'.  A term's fees are £5,000.  I need to get him through 5 more terms and then hopefully he can go to a sixth form college for A levels.
