Raising money to support myself and Scouts from other countries to attend the World Scout Jamboree in Poland in 2027
On 25th July I’m taking on a full coast‑to‑summit challenge to raise funds for the 2027 World Scout Jamboree with two of my team. We’ll start by cycling from Seascale to Wastwater, heading through Gosforth and into the Wasdale Valley. After reaching the lake, we’ll traverse (paddle/kyak) the full length of Wast Water before finishing the adventure by climbing Scafell Pike, the highest mountain in England. It’s a tough challenge that links the sea, the lake, and the summit all in one go.
I’m doing this to help fund my place at the 2027 World Scout Jamboree, an incredible event where tens of thousands of Scouts from around the world come together to share cultures, learn new skills, and build international friendships. The money raised doesn’t just support me — it also helps Scouts from lower‑income countries through the Jamboree’s solidarity funding, making sure the event is accessible and truly global. By supporting my challenge, you’re helping young people from all over the world experience something life‑changing.
