We're still collecting donations
On the 25th April 2024 we'd raised £500 with 15 supporters in 42 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
The GB Women's team will be competing in the WBSC European Championships in 2025 and preparing for that tournament over the next 12 months.

On the 25th April 2024 we'd raised £500 with 15 supporters in 42 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
The GB Women's Seniors baseball team is an integral part of the national programme and is represented by players from across the country.
We are raising money to support the athletes and their long-term commitment to the GB jersey. The sport is amateur and the costs associated with being a GB Baseball player are largely met by the athletes themselves.
In 2025 the team will take part in the WBSC European championships and we need to make sure they have the best possible preparation.
"Being on this GB team makes me feel proud and pushes me to be the best player I can be. The trip to Canada was a real challenge but the best preparation we have for the Euros in 2025," said Artie Herbert.
All money raised will go to the British Baseball Federation (the national governing body) and will be allocated by the Federation's Treasurer and the GB Women's team Head Coach.
The money will be allocated towards:-
The players in the GB Baseball Women's team are role models to hundreds of women's baseball players of all ages across the country who turn out every week for their clubs.
The members of the GB team hold coaching sessions for players across the country which engage and develop potential and existing players to grow the game and illustrate the pathway to being selected to wear the national jersey.
Your support will play a major part in this development and will maximise the impact of the efforts go the GB team to give back to the baseball community.
There are four simple ways to help us reach our target, and make this project a reality.
1. Make a pledge. Don’t delay if you’re going to support us because momentum is key to our success!
2. Spread the word. Share our project on your social media pages and tell the world to get behind us! The more people we reach, the more support we will get.
3. Offer rewards. Get involved if you are a local business by donating things we can offer to our supporters. We will give you a shout out!
4. Fundraise for us. If you want to run your own fundraiser – maybe a sponsored activity or similar – use the 'contact project' button at the top of our page to let us know. Setting up your own page only takes a few minutes and you won’t need any bank details. Just a fun idea!
