The Concept
Gamecycle is a simple concept, by building up a community of dedicated gamers we can create an environment that makes reusing, re-enjoying gaming items such as games and accessories the norm. Therefore reducing the impact of gaming on the environment and enabling a culture of sharing what we have for those that can't always afford the latest gear!
Why GameCycle
Being both a keen gamer and a father I was often looking for ways to maximize any gaming investment, after all, it's not a cheap hobby.
This drove me hunting for offers and deals which all ended with me not really capitalising on any previous investment. I thought, I just want to swap this game for that one, without loosing cash in the process, but short of finding a friend to do this with there just wasn't a way!
This simple idea, was the spark that created GameCycle, a free platform that let me trade one game for another using (virtual) points as the intermediate.

Well, really well, as you can sense from the above feedback, GameCycle has started to build up a strong, dedicated community that have been happily trading back and forth for the last 18 months. The GameCycle app is free to use, but also has a number of monetisation opportunities.

What's next for GameCycle
Along with our community our platform has also grown over the last 18 months taking and acting on feedback to improve our service.
In the coming months, supported by your investment, we will be looking to activate our live auction option which will provide our members with the ability to run live auctions over 3/5 and 7 days for their gaming items. We are also planning on starting to invest in our marketing strategy and improve our apps availability by developing an IOS (apple) capable app to join our already popular Android and web based apps.
Additionally, we'll be looking to further elevate the platform through future funding rounds where we will be giving investors more opportunities to get involved.
