Aim

Whilst being forced to close due to COVID-19, we aim to provide a takeaway service that enables you to enjoy the spirit of MAYA in your Home

After three successful months of trading we were truly gutted to be forced to close our doors to the public as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic!!

Having now taken stock of the situation, we have decided that instead of leaving the restaurant to sit idle (for what could be some time), we are going to use this time to try to launch a new takeaway menu which offers diners the essence of MAYA but from the comfort of their home.

A key piece of equipment in our little kitchen is our coal oven.  This is effectively a super hot indoor BBQ, which imparts great amounts of flavor into our dishes and helps us to stand out from the crowd.

With this in mind we would like to introduce 'FYRE by MAYA', a new takeaway concept that makes full use of our coal fired oven, bringing delicious restaurant quality food direct to your door.

The FYRE menu is being carefully crafted to get the most out of your home experience, we aren't just stopping with the food - we have some great surprises in store for those who are kind enough to show us their support at this time!

We are hoping that this crowdfunding project will provide us with some much needed forward funding to get this exciting concept off of the ground, and in the long term put our little business in a stronger position to weather the ongoing challenging trading conditions.
