Aim

Our Furniture Bank van needs a new engine.

Fair Frome was started 11 years ago, in response to the growing needs of residents affected by poverty. We are an Independent charity with 1 full-time member of staff and 2 part-time, and 10 Volunteer Trustees. 

The Furniture Bank was the second project and then gradually over the years we have developed various other hands-on projects in response to the needs identified in the community. 

As the Cost of Living crisis continues the demand on our Furniture Bank has grown.

Our Furniture Bank van needs a new engine. We hope to raise enough money so we can get it back on the road quickly and deliver much needed items to people within our community. We deliver to those most in need who are vulnerable, elderly, single parents with families, recently moved to the area for various reasons, moving from temporary accommodation and more!
