I was a sponsored students in GCU by my state government, but due to POLITICAL DIFFERENCES my final year tuition was refused to be paid
I was a sponsored students in Glasgow Caledonian University by the Rivers State Government of Nigeria through the Rivers State Sustainable Development Agency (RSSDA) in 2013 through 2016 to study B.Sc (Hons) Pharmacology. But due to POLITICAL DIFFERENCES and change of government , my final year tuition (£10,000) was refused to be paid and my certificate has since been withheld by my school, Glasgow Caledonian University, Scotland.
Though I was able to graduate with a 2.1 amidst the tension, financial and mental instability and returned back to Nigeria without my certificate, I was able to borrow some money to pay up to £7500 towards my certificate just so my transcript could be released. Even with transcript, I can not still get a job, let alone a reasonable one in Nigeria to clear my debts and my creditors are now asking for their monies.
Please, help me so I can receive my certificate during the November graduation ceremony so I can further my studies and clear my debt, which is the need for this appeal (of £6000). Attached herein are all the necessary documents.
