Funds to fix their car

Money for a woman(73) . She adopted her eldest daughter's drug son's child. She has to walk everywhere. Need to fix car

My friend Margaret in SA has adopted her grandchild as her own child. Her daughter's son had a child but was on drugs as well as the mother. She had to rescue the baby as it was underfed and not taken care of. Last year she lost her eldest daughter who used to help her to pick up the boy from school as well as do the usual drives to the shop or school. Their car broke down a few months ago and she asked me for helping her. The only way I could think was to raise funds for her to get the car fixed. It is very dangerous for anyone to walk to shops let alone being old and vulnerable as well. She is only getting a government pension and has no money to have the car fixed. Even if you can save just £1 and put it into this fund it will be much appreciated.
