Fundraising for Extinction Rebellion Croydon

Aim

Please help fund vital local actions/outreach/lobbying/hire of meeting rooms/training venues/help with legal costs for arrestees. Thank you.

Extinction Rebellion Croydon work in alignment with the principles of XR to deliver targeted local direct actions in order to raise awareness about the climate emergency and to pressure for local level change.

We also take part in national actions, lobby council and local business, hold training events, push for regenerative action in the local environment, and strive to increase the local community's understanding about what lies ahead as the climate crisis unfolds. 

We require funding in order to keep up with costs of meeting rooms, venue hire, protest materials and outreach. We would also like to be able to support arrestees in the group with legal costs.
