Fundraiser to help Jordan Patrick (JP) and Family.

Aim
To support Jordan and his young family after he suffered a fall which caused a "Bleed on the Brain" leaving him unable to work.
Jordan Patrick (JP), is a well known, genuine and popular member of Hadleigh United football club. He is popular throughout the local non-league scene whether you played with or against him. Recently JP had a fall which has left him unable to work or play football for the foreseeable future due to it causing a "Bleed on the Brain". The aim of this fundraiser is to help JP (who is self employed) and his young family through these most trying times as we head into winter and the extra costs that entails with the cost of living as it is.
Jordan can name teams such as Cambridge United, Needham Market and St Ives Town as previous Clubs that he has played for.
