Aim

Natalie, Jade and James from The Nest are taking on the Northampton Half Marathon on 13th September 2026!

A team of staff members from Hunsbury Park Primary School are taking on the challenge of running the Northampton Half Marathon in September to raise money for our school's ASD Unit, helping to provide enrichment opportunities for the incredible children who learn there.

As many of you know, spending our days teaching and supporting children is usually more our comfort zone than running 13.1 miles! But as a team of teachers and teaching assistants, we're lacing up our trainers and taking on this challenge because we believe every child deserves the very best opportunities and support.

Our goal is to raise funds that will directly enhance the enrichment opportunities available within the Nest, helping to create engaging learning experiences and providing valuable tools that make a real difference to our pupils every day.

We're fortunate to be part of such a supportive school and local community, and we'd love to bring together parents, families, friends, local businesses, and residents to help us reach our target. Whether you can donate a little or a lot, every contribution will make a meaningful impact.
