Your support makes a difference
Mental health challenges affect many in our community, and waiting for professional help can be tough. We want to help during that timefMy n
My name is Audrey, and my vision for this community hub comes from my own experiences of trauma and adversity throughout my life. Having faced challenges including bullying, domestic abuse, bereavement, and witnessing the impact of addiction and suicide, I understand how important it is to have somewhere safe to turn.
This community hub will provide a welcoming, inclusive, and non-judgemental space for anyone struggling with their mental health, whether due to trauma, disability, loneliness, financial pressures, or other life challenges. Open six days a week, it will offer a sensory room, arts and crafts activities, wellbeing sessions, workshops, training, and opportunities to build confidence and social connections.
The hub will also support teenagers by helping them develop life skills, confidence, and pathways into further education or employment. Our aim is to create a place where everyone feels supported, valued, and at home.
