We're still collecting donations
On the 14th November 2022 we'd raised £894 with 17 supporters in 28 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.

The more we can raise the better! We will allocate any additional funding to our community of underrepresented founders during the next and future events.
All in Tech is a social impact organisation dedicated to helping underrepresented professionals (women and people of colour) thrive in the workforce. We do this by delivering corporate learning & development programs; and fostering a connected community. We have allocated over £4k of funding to underrepresented founders in the past, and we are looking to go even bigger!
We are looking to redistribute this crowdfunded capital in the form of grants to underrepresented groups so they can start and grow their business!
We will hold these pitch competitions at our FutureTech programs, which are a series of in-person events in London that help professionals better understand emerging technologies and the implications for their business and brands.
We have experience with designing and delivering educational events, including pitch competitions, hackathons, mentorship programs, workshops and the like. We have worked with large companies who have trusted us, including Flutter plc, Mongo DB plc, and the like. Our Founder Coral Movasseli, ran the first hackathon for women in Ireland, and is a distinguished advocate and thought leader in this space.
To start and grow a company you need capital
We believe that greater equality in our society can be achieved by helping the most underrepresented groups gain access to positions of power. Whether that is in their professional corporate careers, or by founding and growing a company. Unfortunately, underrepresented groups face systemic discrimination in accessing capital to grow their ventures, which puts them at a a major disadvantage.
Here are some digestible stats on why this is a massive problem:
