We are hosting a Fun Ladies Padel Charity Event at Padel4All, Eastbourne, raising funds to support St. Wilfred's Hospice.
Padel for a Purpose – Supporting St Wilfrid’s Hospice 💜
We are four women brought together by a shared love of padel… and by something much deeper.
Each of us has experienced the loss of someone we love. During those incredibly difficult moments, St Wilfrid’s Hospice in Eastbourne was there, providing compassion, dignity, and expert care when it mattered most.
The kindness shown to our families is something we will never forget.
So we asked ourselves a simple question:
How can we give something back?
Our answer was to bring our community together through the sport we love.
On 30th May 2026, we are hosting a Fun Ladies Padel Charity Event at Padel4All, Eastbourne, from 2pm – 5pm, raising funds to support the incredible work of St Wilfrid’s Hospice.
This event is about more than just sport.
It’s about community, connection, remembrance, and gratitude.
🎾 The Padel Tournament
For £35 per player, participants will enjoy:
• 3 x 20-minute padel matches (limited to 36 players)
• Friendly games suitable for all abilities
• A fun, welcoming atmosphere, whether you're new to padel or already hooked
🎉 Other Activities on the Day
Even if you're not playing, there will be plenty happening:
• Table tennis lessons
• Padel taster sessions - come andtry Padel for the first time!
• Sports clothes rail (buy or donate)
• Community fun and fundraising throughout the afternoon
Why St Wilfrid’s Matters
St Wilfrid’s Hospice provides specialist care for people with progressive, advanced illnesses. Their team includes doctors, nurses, therapists, counsellors, and social workers who support both patients and their families during some of life’s most difficult moments.
Their vision is simple but profound:
For many families in Eastbourne, including ours, that care means everything.
