Help us raise £2,469 for a door access system and CCTV to keep our female staff safe from abusive or threatening individuals

Why We Need Your Help
Spearhead Trust is a small but vital community charity in Birmingham. Our team—made up almost entirely of women—works directly with the public every day to support vulnerable families, young people, and elderly residents.
Recently, a member of staff was verbally abused and left shaken after a confrontation at our entrance. This incident has made it painfully clear that we need to act. Our current building setup leaves staff exposed at the front door, without a barrier between them and potentially unsafe individuals.
We’re asking for your help to fund a secure access control system and CCTV to give our staff peace of mind and the protection they deserve.
What We’re Funding

We’re raising £2,500 to install:
UniFi G3 Access Starter Kit (staff key fobs, intercom)
G6 Bullet and G6 Turret security cameras
Network Video Recorder (for footage)
Access control button for safe exit
Electric lock and relay cable
Full installation
This system will allow our staff to control who enters, monitor the entrance safely, and feel secure in their workspace.
Every Penny Counts

We know times are tough. But even a small donation brings us one step closer to making our centre a safe place for the people who dedicate themselves to serving others.
Thank you for standing with us.
