Aim

In defence of my dog "Jack the Bichon Frise". Jack aledgedly bit a woman on my property and now I'm unable to afford a defence for him.

Harris Fowler lawyers are to take the case on against myself and Jack and I have a small retirement fund. Please help me to defend Jack's case and get justice for him.

Some people have asked what happened and need to understand what happened. The lady in question was visiting a Yoga lesson. This lesson was in the hall underneath my flat. Jack was in the garden when I heard him bark and a this lady screamed. I went around to look and the lady was on the floor. It looked as though he had nipped her on the back of the leg. It was not a deep bite. The lady and I went to court and the court settled in her favour and I was having to pay £800 fine. Jack was ordered to have a muzzle put on at all times out of house.

The lady in question is now a few years later taking me to court again, and I do not have the funds to defend Jacks case and that's why I'm here asking for help. All funds and proceeds are held by a third party who will pay for Jacks subsequent costs and then all other proceeds from the fund will go to Freshfields Charity 100 High Street, Porthmadog. I nor anyone else except Freshfields Charity will benefit from these donations.

Personal message to all donators:

Jack and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your donations and would personally like to thank you if your passing Coffi TH and I'm there in Porthmadog.

Thank you all.

Personal messsage form Clive Bennett:

Thanks to all donators and on the note to all thank you for helping Malcolm as he is very afraid of losing Jack, who has been his long term friend of 10 years. The mental torture on Malcolm has been long and drawn out and I'm sure his friends are all there to rally around him in this troubled situation. Thanks again to all!
