Friends of Cavendish - Fundraiser for Veronica!
Veronica Grady has left The Cavendish School after many, many years of being an institution. For many Cavendish families, walking past the office without having a friendly chat to either Mrs Jones or Veronica was simply impossible and unwanted. It was the best way to start the day or, indeed, to end the day, particularly on "one of those days" when everything feels out of sorts and out of control. Veronica's own daughters attended the school and her association with it goes back decades. She knew everything, was interested in everything and everyone, and was only too happy to share a tale or two for a giggle. Veronica has not been around or front of house for a while now, so some families newer to the school may not be familiar with Veronica. However, we wanted to create a way for families who did know Veronica to club together to get her a gift from us all to thank her for her support, hard work and all those chats over the years.
