Coronavirus has impacted everyone and everything this year!
Friends of Burghclere School, (FOBS) raises funds to support our school and have historically raised money to fund a variety of projects such as classroom interactive whiteboards, reading books, theatre trips and playground equipment.
We rely heavily on being able to fundraise through ‘face to face’ events such as the Summer Fete, Quiz nights and cake sales, which have all had to be cancelled this year as a result of COVID.
In addition to this drop in fundraising income, the school is incurring increased running costs for items such as hand sanitiser and cleaning costs.
In light of these exceptional circumstances, we would be extremely grateful for any donations to help us to continue to support the school, if you are in a position to do so. You don’t need to bake a cake, buy a ticket, donate a prize or even attend an event!
