Freya is a company aimed at helping women better understand and protect their fertility thanks to health advice and at-home fertility tests
I- WHY CREATE FREYA?
We're both in our early 30’s, we have felt pressured at some point to have children. Inevitably we began wondering about our fertility.
We created a survey and discovered that 77,4% of women of all age want to know more about their fertility status.
FERTILITY HAS BECOME A LIFESTYLE ISSUE
Women nowadays don't all want to be mothers at a young age, when their fertility is at its best.
There is a real discrepancy between the way women want to live their lives and what their body allows them to do. Despite our will to delay motherhood our fertility and ovarian reserve decrease over time (and more quickly after the age of 34).
THERE IS A LACK OF EDUCATION & PREVENTION
Based on our survey, 60% of women don’t know what the ovarian reserve is (it’s the number of eggs you have left) and 94.5% don’t know how to measure it.
A test already exists but is not available to all women.
It’s called the AMH test and the NHS only offers it to women who've been trying to conceive for a while, or who are going through IVF.
At Freya, we believe that women should be more armed with information when it comes to planning their life.
All women should be able to know about their reproductive health, understand how it works and decide when it's better for them to conceive.

We offer a comprehensive test kit and 100% online service that enables you to track your fertility over time while protecting or improving your fertility.

- An at-home hormonal test kit to test your AMH levels (Anti-Mullerian hormone) which is the best indicator of your ovarian reserve..

- Access to medical consultations with Fertility experts to further understand your results and guide you through your options.
- Exclusive content to help you protect your fertility on a daily-basis
III- HOW DOES IT WORK?
For our one-off test kit service, there are 3 simple steps:
Step 1: take our lifestyle questionnaire and order your kit online.
Step 2: Collect your blood sample from the comfort of your home and send it back to our laboratories
Step 3: Get your results in 48hrs as well as a call with one of our experts to discuss them.
We also offer an annual subscription, where you will receive:
- 2 AMH tests to track your fertility over time and 2 sessions with our fertility experts
- Exclusive content to help you better take care of your reproductive health
- Full access to our community and monthly events to discuss your reproductive health with your peers & specialists.
IV- WHY IS FREYA DIFFERENT?
Companies that offer the AMH tests, don’t offer any medical guidance nor any indication of the quality of our eggs (which really impacts our conception potential). At Freya we accompany you and inform you on both the quantity and the quality of your ovarian reserve.
We want to make this test preventive, informative, and more importantly, accessible to everyone, so all women can better plan their life or can address their potential fertility issues before the potential desire to be a mother occurs.
OUR MISSION IS TO
