Freedom Rising Oracle Deck

Aim

I have been working on bringing this Oracle Deck to the world for over two years. Now it's time for the final step, getting them printed!

My name is Jenny, and I am a multi-passionate creative and visual storyteller with over two decades of expressive artistry under my belt.

For the last three years, I have been working on something close to my heart and I think it's time to bring it into the world! An Oracle Deck for empowerment, knowing thyself, building a deeper connection to source and learning the language of spirit. I have been creating this set of cards slowly but surely, following their guidance and inspiration, and trusting the nudge when a new card was ready to be birthed, and I am so excited to be nearly complete and at the next stage, getting them printed to be released into the world.

For me, over the last decade, working with cards of all types has been a significant part of my own spiritual and personal development journey, and through them I began building a deeper connection to source and myself. I have been learning to understand the many ways spirit can communicate with me, and I’ve been developing my own inner dictionary of symbols, signs and their meanings. I have learnt that certain images can mean certain things to different people, but when I am shown it, spirit is showing me for a reason and as a reminder of a conversation we have been building for a long time. 

Bringing a rich plethora of visual cues is how these cards do their thang! They invite you to feel into their meaning to YOU and to recall what they make you think of, feel and remember. Trust yourself and that inner voice whispering within your awareness as there are messages and meanings to be found everywhere. 

The cards are designed to be evocative and thought-provoking. They ask you to see with new eyes, to be open to new ways of experiencing yourself and your life. But more than anything, the vision behind this deck is that you are your own oracle. I will share the symbolism and intention woven into every card, but how you work with them is entirely your own. 

I am a deep believer in shadow work, radical self-responsibility, and the power of truly knowing yourself. So this deck doesn’t only celebrate the light and love of your journey and life, but it also reaches into the depths and the dark, into the shadows, and brings love there too. Because it is there, in the places we have been taught to hide and shame, where real freedom lives. Where we can release what has been placed upon us and where we can find ourselves again.

I believe it is from those depths that we rise into the fullest, most authentic expression of ourselves.

Over the last 13 years of running my own business, I can see how my personal and spiritual journey has moulded my offerings to the world. They have shifted and evolved from photographer, artist, mentor, guide, shamanic healer and general lover of the metaphysical meeting the physical. I have spent these years learning and discovering, and with each step “knowing myself” deeper. The latest manifestation of this journey, and the space I now take up in the world, is a business, brand and ethos of: Freedom Rising. 

To me the concept of Freedom Rising is one of self-expression, self-acceptance, self-love, and self-reliance. It is about gently, bravely letting go of the societal expectations and outdated beliefs we have absorbed.  All the ways we moulded and conformed ourselves to fit in, to stay safe, to be acceptable. This deck is an invitation to reclaim your own soul, to come home to yourself and to know yourself fully. The good, the bad, the ugly.

Because when you know yourself you get to choose. You get to choose who you want to be, and step into your innate gifts, your unique expression and your own light.

This is what I call “The Work”, and I believe it is the only work that matters.

Being able to love and accept ALL parts of yourself, fully and without judgment is the biggest act of rebellion you can ever show. Living in a world of control, manipulation and shaming as a way to get you to conform to their beliefs and regime, means that knowing yourself, and leaning into your own path, truth and purpose, will not only break you free from those societal standards of what you should be/do/have and experience, but also activate rebellious sparks in other people and in turn enact a bigger movement where Freedom can truly rise.

The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward bringing this deck into physical form. Covering the costs of printing, production, and fulfillment so that these cards can move from vision into hands that need them. Every contribution brings this project one step closer to the people it was made for.
