Free soccer school

Aim

The aim of the project is to give access to football for children from reception to year 3 in school. We want to maintain a free club.

During lockdown we decided to give this a go, doing our training and working around ways to raise funds to by kit and get the club moving.

We started with 6 children and now have over 40 and want to grow further.

it’s hard balancing introducing your child to another sport and paying fees. With that in mind our ambition is to be a feeder for the future and allow children access without commitment.

Our motto is ‘express yourself’ in developing skills and social interaction at an early stage.

We also want to reply the FA who support so many coaches at grass route level in feeding the future players, coaches and referees.
