Aim
Our aim is to provide free Conductive Education services for adults with Parkinson’s and stroke survivors.
Our goal is to provide free Conductive Education services for adults with Parkinson’s and stroke survivors. Participants on our programmes have embraced change and fought hard through the pandemic to retain their mobility.
With the pandemic placing further strain on wider health and social care services, NICE is a critical specialist service remaining fully open and available to local adults with neurological conditions. We are now on a quest to provide free introductory services to adults in need.
Our stroke services centre around the view of recovery as a learning process. There is no time-limit on recovery and in sessions there is always more to discover about your potential. In guiding people with Parkinson’s, while we recognise this progressive condition, we respond wholly with preventative strategies and positive techniques.
It is vital that adults faced with stroke recovery or life with Parkinson’s, have somewhere to turn. We can be that place. A place that provides expertise, a challenge, plus a great sense of comfort and social support.
Exploration and one’s personal, unique ability are at the core of Conductive Education.

It is critical that we raise £9,090 in crowdfunding donations and you can help us on this journey. If we reach that target, we will be eligible for match funding and raise the £18,181 we need.
Our goal is to provide 45 free places for adults navigating with Parkinson’s and stroke recovery throughout 2022.
