Franklyn’s Surgery

Aim

Franklyn has been referred to a charity trust and we have now raised the total amount needed for the surgery due to the cost being lower.

Franklyn is like a child to us and we honestly cannot imagine our life without him, it breaks our heart that we are in this situation and are having to delay his surgery because we don’t have the money. Anyone that knows Franklyn knows he loves to run around and adventure and is always full of beans. Unfortunately he has been diagnosed with Stage 3 IVDD and has lost the majority of his mobility in his back legs. He is still eating and going to the toilet (with the help of a support sling) and has pain medication to keep him comfortable but he needs surgery on his back ASAP. The surgery would get his back legs back into action so he can live a normal doggy life again. The reason we have started this crowd funder is because he is not covered for this operation and we are going to have to pay for it ourselves. He needs the surgery ASAP however is not able to have it until we have the funds ready so we need to raise this money fast.

I know times are really hard at the moment but if you are able to spare anything to help towards Franklyn’s surgery that would be amazing!

P.S. we will be contributing towards the surgery however are not donating our money to the crowdfund as there is a transaction fee as well as the 6-12 months after care needed.
