Fragment Crafting - An Art Business Start Up

Aim

I'm pursuing my lifelong dream of starting up my own business selling my unique artwork in the form of Commissions, prints, and stickers!

Since I was little I've had an artistic mind, and only in recent years have I taken the exciting decision to make it my career. I've worked so hard to improve my skills in two different traditional art mediums. 

Watercolour 

I've been using watercolour since I was in year 11 studying art at GCSE. I loved the ease of it, and the forgiving nature the paint provides. Since becoming an adult I've had more time to grow, learn and improve upon what I learned in school. I've come to love creating illustrations, and am very excited to show off my work! 

Acrylic 

I'm still fairly new to acrylic but I've been progressing fast. I've come to realise how much I love painting the human form, and will happily be taking commissions to paint my customers should the interest arise. I especially love the fantasy aspect of painting, as I'm sure you will see from my previous work on my Instagram page @elphayes. 

I've put a lot of time, effort and determination into improving myself. Battling with Depression and Anxiety most of my life has been one huge hurdle I've had to overcome, and even then this race of life always seems uphill. I wanted to do something for me, something I loved and enjoyed. Art is a way I express myself and reach an inner calm. To be able to share my artwork truly is a dream come true.
