Taith Sefydlwyr 2022 Founders Ride
Llandeilo, Carmarthenshire, United Kingdom
Aim
To celebrate the 150th anniversary of Llandeilo RFC, club members will ride 300 miles over 3 days, visiting every WRU founder member club!
This season marks a very special milestone in Llandeilo RFC’s history. As one of the oldest clubs in Wales, we’re proud to say we’ve reached our 150th anniversary and despite the uncertainties surrounding Covid, are determined to celebrate this special landmark in style.
Er mwyn dathlu'r garreg filltir hynod yma, mi fydd aelodau'r clwb yn seiclo 300 o filltiroedd dros dridie, gan ymweld â phob un o'r clybiau a sefydlodd Undeb Rygbi Cymru nôl ym 1881.
Over the Spring Bank holiday weekend, club members will take part in a 300 mile bike ride from north to south Wales. Setting off from Bangor on Thursday morning (2 June), it is our intention to visit all 11 of the WRU founder member clubs in just three days (as well as Neath, where our Union was formed back in 1881), before finishing at Llandeilo RFC on the Saturday evening.
Apêl Arch Noa a Prostate Cancer Cymru yw'r elusenau rydym wedi dewis eu cefnogi eleni.
The charities we’ve chosen to support this year are very dear to us; Noah's Ark Appeal and Prostate Cancer Cymru.
