We would LOVE the support of fellow parents, alumni, former parents and local families in the Crondall community and beyond to help us raise money to realise our Forest School dream at Crondall Primary School.
Forest School is a play based, child led learning that takes place in an outdoor classroom. It is a way of providing an environmental education for our children, whilst stimulating their innate creativity. Studies have shown that learning in a natural environment helps children in a multitude of way ranging from confidence to social, emotional, intellectual, physical and language development.
Our fundraising will include
- a wooden outdoor teaching lodge with seating, to accommodate an entire class
- resources to teach a range of new skills e.g. whittling equipment, tarps, camo nets, hammocks and den building equipment
- a bug hotel and vital equipment for marshmallow roasting!
Our target of £15,000 will go a long way towards the funding of a new forest school.
We are HUGELY grateful for any small or large donation you can kindly make to create a fabulous outdoor learning classroom for our childre.
Thank you for your support and generosity.
