We are This Is It Theatre and we are raising funds to support our play "For A Black Girl" - showing 24-28th January 2018 at Vault Festival.
For a Black Girl explores female sexuality, violence and the staggering effect of everyday racism. Join us as we uncover the ugly truths behind court rooms, classrooms and bedrooms in this candid exploration of the Black British experience. Fusing spoken word, interviews and movement, For a Black Girl is a raw, thought-provoking and satirical show.
We are elated to present this work at Vault Festival in 2018. Of course, fostering great art comes with a cost - rehearsal spaces, actors, crew, props, and projections - this is where you come in.
