Aim

Foods 4 Fams provide food staples and other basic items for families struggling with the cost-of-living crisis.

Food 4 Fams helps 150 families this winter access weekly food parcels each Friday. Foods 4 Fams was built as a result of the Cost-of-Living crisis, which impacted families who were struggling with financial daily expenses.

Gur Trust is an organisation which helps orthodox Jewish children who live in poverty through the advancement of social and physical outlets which promote physical health and wellbeing.

Gur trust launched Foods 4 Fams since families of current servers were struggling to make ends meet and provide healthful meals and foods for children. 

Foods 4 Fams recognized that hungry children can't accomplish anything, and food is a vital need before all else. Gur Trust recognized that emergency situation called for emergency measures. Foods 4 Fams was launched which hopes to provide weekly food parcels for 150 families each Friday, containing healthful food staples and basic household items. 

The project will help families navigate the economic storm and emerge this winter resilient, happy and healthy despite the urgent crisis.

Foods 4 Fams ensures that 300 children won't have to worry about having cereal and milk for breakfast or won't think twice about eating a warm meal of pasta and fish at night. But without this intervention, 300 children would otherwise go hungry this winter...
