Aim
We are raising money for food for some of the refugees, asylum seekers, and vulnerable migrants we support.
RAMFEL is a charity that supports vulnerable migrants to access justice and that provides vital support in moments of individual crisis. Prior to the pandemic, we were running a foodbank in person. Since then, we have been issuing food vouchers to our clients registered with the food bank. While we will continue this for the time being, we are also opening up our in person food bank again so we can issue food, toilitires, and other items in person. We will also be running a drop in to offer advice to those who need support to move out of destitution.Issuing the food vouchers and running the food bank comes with a significant cost. While we do receive a small amount of funding for this, it does not cover the costs of our food bank and we would like to raise more money to support all the clients that approach us.
