About us

We are a new Market Garden company based at a 120 acre farm in South Wales. We are looking to grow historic seed varieties (higher quality produce with 50+% more nutrients), no-dig & organic gardening methods, with the intention of supplying lower priced organic food to local people.

Location
Right next to Abercynon, about 15 minutes drive from North Cardiff.
Funding
We are looking to raise £20,000.00 to cover our initial setup costs.
What the funding will be spent on:
- Membership card system for the shop
- Jang Speed Seeder JP5
- Commercial Polytunnels to go in the main field
- Large water harvesting containers
- The Quick Greens Harvester
- Large volume of organic material
- Market Garden bed structure supports to prevent topsoil washing away in Field 1
- 2 Commercial Fridges
- Watering setup on a commercial scale
Rewarding our Investors
We would like to be generous with our rewards as we really do appreciate any help that we will receive in setting up this project. Any investment donation we will provide you with at least a 50% return via a shop voucher. If there is anything else we can do for you please get in contact.
Why Support Locally Grown Produce?
Are you aware that the UK only produces 5-10% of its annual fruit & vegetable consumption? This needs to change urgently.
This is an old stone building on the land we would eventually like to restore and use as the customer shop. If we manage to raise additional funds we will restore this building to use as the shop.
