Food for Children in need

Like many others Jo and I feel so disgusted and sad at the vote not to help children with food in the holidays.  No child should be going to bed hungry and the Covid situation has put many families who were managing just fine in dire need. 

We felt helpless and sad and then Jo came up with the idea of supplying packed lunches for half term. Derek from The Crown Inn Goldsithney very kindly has offered to organise it from the pub. This is fantastic as it gets around any food hygiene regulations.

I am phoning all the super markets to ask for donations and thought this page was a good place to start to gather other donations up in one place. Just giving are NOT taking a percentage of the money so all money raised will go towards helping those in need any excess will either be saved for the next holidays or donated to a food bank.
