To polish the floor and repair cracks/ improve drainage. Buy concrete for new ramps. Teach ramp building skills to volunteers along the way.
We hope to make the arches be the best it can be, starting with our floors. Polishing and smoothing cracks and bumps will make all the existing ramps much easier to ride. It will also help create more dry days through improved drainage.
The addition of new obstacles improves the flow of the park, provides new terrain to practice on. Finishing areas also helps make the arches look more complete which in turn helps with maintenance.
As always we are open to everyone to come and help in our construction process. We hope to foster new relationships, teach building skills and instil pride of place through connecting the public with the construction of the skatepark.
