At Flexible Working Scotland, we are promoting work that works. 2 in 5 people in Scotland can't work at all without flexible working.
Every week, dozens of talented people in our community tell us the same thing: “I can’t find decent flexible jobs in Scotland.”
We’re changing that. We want everyone to find work that works - for individuals, for families, for business and for the economy.
This Festive Season, we are asking you to support Flexible Working Scotland by giving differently and spending just £2 on social change.
🚀 What We’re Building
I’ve developed a jobs board dedicated to fair and flexible work. It connects inclusive, forward-thinking employers with diverse, skilled people looking for part-time, hybrid, remote or flexible roles — from entry-level to senior management.
The beta site is already live, and early feedback from users has been great! Now we’re ready to launch it publicly and scale up.
💡 Why It Matters
Flexible working helps parents, carers, people with health conditions, students, in fact anyone seeking a better (work)life blend. Right now, too many people are locked out of meaningful work.
🎯 Our Goal
We’re raising £23,390 - £1 for every member of our community.
This will fund:
💛 How You Can Help
Every contribution counts.
This Festive Season, we are asking you to spend just £2 on social change. You can give more, of course, but if just half of the Flexible Working Scotland members gave £2 each, we would raise a whopping £23,390!
Together, we can make flexible work the norm, not the exception.
Help us launch the Flexible Working Scotland Jobs Board and open up opportunities for thousands of people across Scotland.
👉 Donate now and be part of the movement for fair, flexible work.
