Fixing my car and wedding funds

Aim
I was in a car crash and being blamed as the fault driver as I'm younger it was a roundabout accident I am also trying save for a wedding
The crash was a hit on the drivers side door on the roundabout as someone tryed to cut infrount as I'm the younger driver I am being blamed and have to pay the excess fee which I don't have as I'm living my day one at a time trying to pay rent and save for a wedding we can't afford to heat up our house and any donations would be appreciated i work 3 job and I don't know what else to do.
