Aim

Open Belfast’s first wellness hub to support people affected by addiction and mental health challenges.

We are a small team with a big belief: that people struggling with addiction and mental health deserve real, accessible support not just crisis intervention, but long-term hope, healing, and community.

This walk isn’t our first test of endurance. Previously, we completed a 117km walk in just 25 hours, pushing our physical and mental limits to raise awareness and funds for mental health support. That experience showed us two things: how powerful collective effort can be, and how many people are quietly fighting battles that most never see.

Now, we’re taking on an even greater challenge, walking the Camí de Cavalls in Menorca, a 185km route over 5 days, rough sleeping and carrying only the essentials. This will be physically demanding, mentally exhausting, and completely intentional. Every step represents the reality faced by many people living with addiction and mental health challenges: long, uncomfortable, and often unsupported journeys.

Our vision is clear. We want to open Belfast’s first wellness hub a safe, welcoming space where people affected by addiction and mental health issues can access support, connection, and recovery-focused services under one roof. A place built on dignity, understanding, and lived experience.

The money raised through this Crowdfunder will go directly toward making that vision a reality. Funds will support the setup of the wellness hub, including space costs, essential resources, and the foundations needed to offer meaningful, ongoing support to those who need it most.

This walk is about more than endurance. It’s about turning pain into purpose, challenge into change, and movement into momentum. With your support, we can take these steps together and help open a door that Belfast urgently needs.
