Finleys medical needs.

Aim

Our aim is to get Finley all he needs for his safe return home.he has now had his heart surgery .it was hard on his little body .

UPDATE: 

So Finley had a MRI last Tuesday which doctors expected they’ll find something and unfortunately they have.  What they seen was Finley doesn’t have many folds in his brain and his brain maturity isn’t at what his age is this could be because he was born at 28weeks or because of some sort of symptom he might have but right now we don’t know what that is and further test need to be done so thank you everyone for donating and sharing we appreciate it.

This is the story of our beautiful little boy Finley  Christopher Thomas Edmondson. Our pregnancy started out like any other with joy and excitement.At 16 weeks we was told Finley has congenital anomaly upper limbs which came as a huge shock. But to us didnt change a thing. We knew as a family that it would be hard but was a road we was willing to face.Then at 20weeks everything was normal till they checked Finleys heart which we was told was in the wrong place and after a visit to St Mary's in Manchester our little man was diagnosed with congenital diaphragmatic hernia and Finleys spleen bowl and kidney was in his chest. This ment after his birth he would need surgery with only a 60% chance of surviving if born at 38 weeks.
Finley arrived at 28weeks which changed everything and we was told he had around a 5% chance of surviving.
Fast forward 8 weeks and finley has beaten all the odds and proven what a little warrior he is. But now we need help as he is due heart surgery and the specialist have said to prepare for home which is another battle initsself.
Finley will need specialist equipment like medical cots,air purifier,and so much more.
We are struggling now as we travel everyday to and from Manchester and just want to give our boy the best we can.
Any help no matter how small will make a huge differance to our family.
