Help us raise £2,000 to create a cyber-crime thriller exposing the dangers of AI and online grooming in youth gaming spaces.
Final Circle is a cyber-crime thriller short film about a missing boy, an online gaming world, and a hidden predator using AI to deceive.
We are raising £2,000 to bring this urgent and powerful story to life.
What if the person you were talking to online… was never real?
When a young boy named Teddy goes missing, the only clue lies within an online gaming chatroom. Two police officers enter this digital world to retrace his steps, speaking to anonymous players and uncovering fragments of his final conversations.
Everything leads to one user: “Princess”. A charismatic e-girl who gained his trust.
But something isn’t right.
Her words feel rehearsed. Her presence… artificial. Until the truth is revealed:
She isn’t real.
She is a deepfake identity, created by a predator using AI to manipulate and groom.
Now, it’s a race against time to find Teddy before it’s too late.

Online gaming is where young people connect, socialise, and build friendships. But it’s also a space where anyone can hide behind a screen. With AI and deepfake technology becoming more advanced, it is now easier than ever to:
This story reflects a real and growing issue.
AI is already part of young people’s everyday lives. At the same time, online grooming is rising, often happening in spaces that feel safe, like gaming platforms. A child doesn’t realise they’re being manipulated. They believe they’re talking to someone who understands them. That’s what makes this story urgent.

We don’t just want to make a film, we want to start conversations. Our goal is to:
This film is designed to reach young people, parents, and educators navigating the digital world.
We are a team of emerging filmmakers based in London, passionate about telling bold, socially relevant stories. This project is deeply personal.
Our director Camille Burfield works closely with young people and has seen first-hand how technology is shaping their lives and the risks that come with it.
Final Circle is our response.
