Murry Toms
1st June 2020What to do with your pictures and videos
We are now beginning the process of receiving and processing pictures for our cut-out crowd.
Our campaign has seen over 450 pledges of support, resulting in at least 500 fans taking their place in the ground for our semi-final against Northampton Town.
We have a lot of work to do to get everything ready so please try to send across everything as soon as you can so we can make sure we get them all done. Here are some simple instructions about what to do next, together with our deadlines.
Pictures for the cut-outs
We will require a good quality picture of your head and shoulders to create your cut-out. A picture using a camera on a phone is perfect. Take it as a portrait (camera pointing up) and make sure you're in a light place, using a plain background for best results. Ensure you're in the centre of the picture. An example of what they look like is below, as featured on BBC Points West.
If you bought a reward for a couple or a family, please send a picture for each person involved in the same email.
Email your pictures to [email protected] together with your name and where you have pledged to be in the ground.
Videos for the scoreboard
You can also send a video of you showing your support for the team for the scoreboard. We will put them altogether and put them in a continuous loop and show it throughout the game. As we are expecting a lot of clips, we encourage you to keep each one to around 10 seconds. Wear your shirt, scarves and hats and cheers the boys on. Preferably film it with your phone on its side (landscape).

- Deadline for photographs and artwork: Monday, June 15 (5pm)
- Deadline for videos: Wednesday, June 17 (5pm)
You can still get your face in the crowd
We're still accepting orders for cut-outs so head over the Crowdfunder page for all the details, thank to our partners at Typecraft who are producing all of the Foamex fans. We couldn't have done this without them.
