Figure Skating Funding

Aim

To raise funds or gain sponsorships for my daughters ice skating elite career.

I believe its time Team GB should be competing with the likes of Canada, USA, Russia & China when its comes to Ladies figure skating, due to our lack of funding from NISA and the lack of sponsorships its very difficult to compete at this elite level, so im trying to get a head start on this so ensure my daughter has the best chance to compete at this level.

My dear daughter Danielle is 8 years old and is currently working towards her Level 4, we are initialy looking for any kind of Junior sponsorship or funding to help her move up to the next level, which means skating 4-6 hours daily and having the correct off ice and on ice coach, you would be amazed at the cost of the elite figure skating world, and compared to these other countries earlier mentioned who all receive goverment funding compared to the UK who receive no funding whatsoever.

After googling many ideas on fundraising and sponsorship I came across this crowdfunder website, so I thought I would give it a go as a starting point, got nothing to loose trying, I hope to update this page as much as I can with keeping you informed of my daughters development, progress and any competition results.
